Sources say that Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi actor Shaheer Sheikh is the front-runner to play the role of Prince Salim. He was the first choice of the makers. As per reports in a leading daily, the makers are in talks with Piyush Sahdev to play the role of Abu'l Fazl. With his height, physique and acting prowess, Piyush is one of the sought after villains of TV industry. He was last seen in a cameo on the show, Ishq Subhan Allah as Siraj, a Kashmiri don.
