Remember when we told you that the classic Urvashi is being remade? If you have somehow missed the memo, the original song from Humse Hai Muqabla--that introduced us to South's dancing sensation Prabhudheva--is returning albeit in a new avatar with Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani dancing to the beats. The track won't be part of any film but is a music video. Yes, Shahid, who did a lot of music videos before films happened to him, will go back to it for this one time. Why are we retelling the account this fine morning? Well, because Shahid just teased us with a glimpse of the same and the wait seems longer honestly. While sharing the teaser, Shahid wrote, "Take it easy #Urvashi @kiaraaliaadvani @yyhsofficial #BhushanKumar @directorgifty @tseries.official @hungamamusic " The song which will be composed by Yo Yo Honey Singh has already been shot and we can't wait to see how it has turned out to be. See Shahid's post here.
Choreographer Sanjay Shetty had earlier told Mumbai Mirror, "We’ve changed the lyrics, but the hook line remains the same. The song, however, doesn’t showcase a love story but a new-age relationship between Shahid and Kiara. Even the choreography is contemporary. We are shooting on a club set in Film City. We also filmed at a parking lot on Sunday to give the video an underground kind of a feel. Kiara is a fab dancer."
