We caught up with the handsome actor on this special occasion...

It was a hot sunny day but the long drive was an exciting one. Meeting Shakti Arora is always a pleasure. Warm, charming and humorous, the actor is one who charms you instantly. He was shooting for his current show Mann Main Vishwass Hai at Baba Gouhar Shah’s Dargah in Mira Road. Tucked away in a secluded spot with a backdrop of the hills, it was the most unusual location for cake-cutting. Dressed in a white Patiala and kurta, he looked dapper. His outing as a host is being appreciated by many. Faith is a topic close to the actor’s heart and the show deals with that. Throughout our stay, he played the perfect host making the waiting time an enjoyable one. There is buzz that he might be part of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa but the actor said that talks were still on. On the personal front, he is just back from a holiday in Singapore, where he visited the famous theme part of Universal Studios. We also played a little rapid fire with the actor to know him better. The questions ranged from funny to personal to hypothetical ones. He answered all of them sportingly.
