Tiger Shroff has started intense training for Flying Jatt. He is working on his physical transformation with a special diet and exercise regime. Tiger’s nutritionist consultant Nitesh Sharma decodes this Superhero Diet regime which has been used previously by Hollywood stars who were in superhero projects. “Tiger is on a rotating carbohydrate diet. He fasts for 12-16 hours everyday. His calorie intake is 1,600 per day as compared to 2,000 for a common man. His water intake is also being monitored. This diet is being incorporated after his dancing rehearsals, gymnastics, martial arts, weight training and cardio.”
The actor will be seen sharing screen space with Jacqueline Fernandez in Flying Jatt which is being directed by ABCD 2 filmmaker Remo D'souza. This is the first time Tiger will be seen with Jackkie. The actor has also started work on Baaghi, in which he will be seen opposite Shraddha Kapoor. Tiger is certainly on a roll!
