The second song of Shubh Mangal Saavdhan is out and it's too damn cute! Going by the title Kanha, the song has been sung by Shashaa Tirupati. Ayushmann Khurrana and Bhumi Pednekar have once again latched onto our hearts with this soulful number. They come across as this really adorable couple. Basically, the video has highlighted the initial months of dating. The honeymoon period of a relationship where both involved are madly in love. There are various things they've done right while shooting this video. There is this scene where Bhumi tries to feed Ayushmann something she made herself. Failing to lie about his dislike for the food, he ends up infuriating her. Doesn't this happen in every relationship? People can literally see themselves in the protagonists' position as they embark on this phase of their life. To be honest, the minute we started watching this song, we instantly called it a 'cute ode' to all the lovebirds out there.
The music has been composed by Tanishq - Vayu. The music speaks for itself as it fits perfectly in this love track. However, we must talk about the singer, Shashaa. She has done a fabulous job! The way she has modulated cadences from a slow melody to a rhythmic cascade surely deserves an applause. While we do have a Shreya Ghoshal who can give any singer a go for their money when it comes to playing with the rhythms, Shashaa can be quite the competition to the National Award winning singer!
