Produced by PVP cinemas, the Tamil - Telugu bilingual stars Anushka Shetty, Arya, Sonal Chauhan, Urvashi and Prakash Raj in lead roles. The teaser of the film already made heads turn as fans went gaga over Anushka's chubby avatar. Anushka Shetty's Size Zero is about an overweight girl, who has been rejected in matrimony way too many times cos of her weight issues. He finally meets her prince charming in Arya but she is afraid that he would swayed away by the super slim and sexy Sonal Chauhan. At the end of the trailer, Anushka's monologue about body types. obese women and marriage is highlight of the trailer. Throughout the promo, we see Anushka's cute antics as she charms us with her clumsy yet adorable avatar. Overall the trailer is all about Anushka, and it seems like Telugu and Tamil film industries have found their very own Bhumi Pednekar in Anushka.
