However, the actor is unfazed by all this...
As Diwali nears and the biggest clash of the year beckons him, Ajay Devgn is not worried about anything as he believes in his film - Shivaay. Recently, a lot of rumors have been spreading about Shivaay, trying to damage the film's image and perception, but the actor remained unfazed. In fact, he is amused by the current reports doing the rounds that Eros walked out of Shivaay when the budget went too high. The actor is having a laugh at such jokes as he prepares to launch an all out campaign to create maximum buzz around his film.
As an insider reveals, "It’s silly to give out such stories as the studio (Eros) left the film last year itself. In fact, it left Ajay and his creative team without finance and they couldn’t start the film till Jayantilal Gada came on board. It had been widely reported at that time itself. Why is it back in news? Obviously, someone with an agenda is spreading this news to make it look like the studio exited the film now because they weren’t happy with the results." Sad, isn't it?

Anyway, Ajay isn't bothered! In fact, he is planning his marketing strategy to promote his film. The actor has planned an American tour along with Kajol to generate buzz in the USA too. Ajay is also planning to release another trailer to create even more buzz.
Shivaay is all set to clash with Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka Sharma and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's Ae Dil Hai Mushkil this Diwali (October 28). Both the films are very different, so they might not affect each other at the box office, but the rivalry between Ajay and Karan Johar (the director of ADHM) has gone to new heights. Both of them are trying to secure more screen space as well as create more buzz around their films.
Ae Dil Hai Mushkil and Shivaay both ran into controversy after Kamaal Rashid Khan (aka KRK) claimed that Karan Johar had sent him Rs 25 lakh to say good tings about his film. He later backtracked saying that he was joking with Shivaay's producer Kumar Mangat.
