Sonam Kapoor is one actress who bravely speaks about the pressing issues without giving it a second thought. You can count on her to give a hitting response to any nuisance coming her way so when it the question of Sunny Leone’s recent sexist interview was thrown at her, she slayed it in style.
Present for an interaction for her forthcoming film Neerja, Sonam talked about how insensitive the interview was. “My mother told me about this incident. Someone had shared it on Facebook and that is where she saw. Then she asked me if I have seen this interview and whether journalists ask me also such questions. I was appalled and disgusted with the interview. I couldn't see the entire video and I respect Sunny for being kind enough to sit through it and not being rude."
“His open letter was worst. It was gross. I thought of tweeting to Sunny but then later on I thought I shall call her up and talk. What she has done is amazing and applause worthy," she added.
The petite actress has been doing everything from visiting reality shows, radio stations and giving interviews to talk about her upcoming release. From past few days internet is abuzz with the news of an interview of the Mastizaade actress with Bhupendra Chaubey. The anchor of a popular news channel time and again reminded the actress of her past by asking uncomfortable questions which she bravely answered.
