Saif Ali Khan, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Taimur Ali Khan recently returned to India enjoying the summer in the English countryside. And while it was a work trip for both Bebo and Saif, Taimur really made the most of the time during his stay. From reuniting with cousin Inaaya aka Inni and takings trolls in the parks/activity farms to chilling in the pool, little Tim really lived it up. But they the golden trio got and we couldn't complain really. After all, we finally got to see his pictures and that adorable smile.
But papa Saif Ali Khan didn't feel the same and for obvious reasons. Earlier, when the paparazzi followed Taimur, an angry Saif yelled out a loud 'enough' when he saw them outside his residence. And now, he has finally opened up about the same. According to a Hindustan Times report, the actor said, "I want to thank the paparazzi for having backed off from our house. They have shown class and dignity in doing that. My deepest respect to them, for giving Taimur a little opportunity to be normal. Taimur was in London (till now), and hadn’t seen a camera in a long time. I promise you he didn’t miss it at all!" He even confessed that he doesn't get the craze and added, "It’s very sweet, but also a little scary. Sometimes, I don’t get it. I have never really sort of looked at other people’s children… I don’t understand."
Not just that, Saif Ali Khan also addressed the elephant in the room and spoke about rumours about Taimur making a cameo in his or Kareena's film. The protective father quipped, "I am really surprised. Some people don’t know us well. I am very surprised that after 30 years of knowing us, people imagine that we would put Taimur in a film, or even allow that to happen in a nightmare scenario, or in an extended reality in the Twilight zone, or an episode of Black Mirror. There’s just no chance on Earth. We are not like that."
He went on further about how they are as a family and their beliefs. "We don’t celebrate our weddings in a certain way, we don’t flaunt our children in a certain (way). I don’t know. People keep expecting and seem to think that the ultimate goal in life is to be in a movie, or to be on Bigg Boss, or something," said Saif.
