All the Star Wars fans out there listen up! The official teaser of The Last Jedi is out! Ever since the force awakened in 2015, we've been dying to get a glimpse of what's next for Rey. Of course, the seventh episode was left at a cliffhanger as she managed to find Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill) in another planet. But now we finally know what's going to be the fate of Rey (Daisy Ridley) and Luke. On the 40th celebration of Star Wars, the team decided to unveil the poster as well as first official teaser. We gotta admit, we weren't completely blown away but there's so much to know and so little revealed in the teaser that we can't wait for the trailer! In the two minute teaser shared by SW clan, we see Rey and Luke standing opposite each other on a mountain cliff that touches the ocean. Yes, the same spot where The Force Awakens left us hanging. However, here, we get to see a lot more than what we have been anticipating.
Obviously, there's going to be a big war between the First Order and the Resistance. Having sent Rey to Luke, they're finding a way to defeat the First Order and Kylo Ren. That brings us to the next point. Yes, Kylo, Han and Leia's son, is very much a part of this teaser. While we only see a glimpse of him, gazing intently with his red saber ablaze, we're convinced that he's not the stupid replacement to Darth Vader, that he played in seventh episode. He is much more fierce and out to avenge! Check out the teaser and poster below!

What has really left us speechless is when Skywalker says, "It’s time for the Jedi to end." Wait, what does that mean? How can Jedi come to an end? Won't Rey be the next Jedi master? Okay, that was a farfetched thought but wouldn't she be able to stop Kylo from turning darker in the Dark side? Gosh, Star Wars makers, what have you done to us! We can't fall asleep now considering how, once again, you've left us with a cliffhanger by making Luke say those words! Anyway, what are your thoughts on this, BollywoodLifers?
