If Salman Khan's look from Sultan wasn't STUNNING enough, the makers of the film released the FEROCIOUS first look of Anushka Sharma from the film today. And we have to say that we have been blown away by this latest still. We knew Anushka is playing a wrestler in the film and she has been training very hard for it, but this still just makes it difficult for us to believe that she is an actress. In fact, you really feel that she is a wrestler from this image.
We see Anushka Sharma slamming a male wrestler in the akhada during a competition. A fierce expression is seen on his face, while she wrestles in the mud. She has been given a very simple look. The realistic portrayal of a wrestler by Anushka Sharma must be lauded, but there is another announcement that you will be happy to know. The name of her character is revealed. She will be called Aarfa in the film, while Salman will be called Sultan Ali.
The film is set to release on Eid this year, however the date is not known yet. Some say it is releasing on July 6, while some say it will hit the screens on July 8. Whatever, the date is, we are really eager to see the film. The teaser of the film was released a while back and we were totally blown away by it. However, Anushka wasn't seen in the teaser. But now after the first look of the actress has been released, the makers plan to release another teaser of Sultan featuring Anushka Sharma.
