Ankita Lokhande and Sushant Singh Rajput are both maintaining a dignified silence on their split. However a recent report on an online portal revealed that Sushant and Ankita had a big fight at a producer's party. This report claimed a source giving out details of the party that lead to initial cracks in their relationship and the subsequent split. According to the online portal Ankita and Sushant were both in high spirits. Apparently a drunk Ankita was pissed to find Sushant enjoying a female company. The MS Dhoni actor's girlfriend was visibly upset with her beau 'over friendly' behaviour and the duo fought in full public glare. The report went on to suggest that Ankita had assaulted Sushant with explicit blows and that's the real reason behind their break up.

Earlier SSR had come out in the open about his separation from Ankita. The actor wrote, "Neither she was an alcoholic nor I am a womaniser . People do Grow apart & its unfortunate . Ankita too had some hidden hints about what really went wrong in their relationship. The actress put up a series of tweets in late April this year that suggested what was the reason for their split.

Now with Sushant coming at hitting out at information coming out from 'sources' seems like the couple has realised that their split has become the fodder for gossip mongers.
