Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput ended his life on Sunday at his Bandra residence by committing suicide. The police investigation on this case is currently under progress and they have summoned 10 people close to Sushant, which included his family members, house helps and close friends. Today, they investigated SSR's close friend and filmmaker Mukesh Chhabra and cooperated with them. As per the Times Now report, Mukesh told police that the actor was intelligent and introvert and the filmmaker had no idea about his professional rivalry with the production houses. "He was a very intelligent actor who didn’t like talking over phone. Most of the times when we called him he used to disconnect the calls. He loved playing games on playstation and loved reading books, especially on quantum of physics", said Chhabra. Police have also recovered 5 diaries at his Bandra apartment and will go through the content of it.
The Dil Bechara wrote an emotional note about SSR, which read, "Sushant was like a brother to me, it is so unfortunate and heartbreaking and I cannot even put it down in words. Sushant was an introvert but he was really intelligent and talented beyond words. The Industry has lost a gem, an irreplaceable gem. Deeply saddened and shocked. I still can’t believe it. Our endless conversations have come to an abrupt end. I hope you are in a better place my brother , will always miss you and love you. ❤️मेरा भाई."
The late actor will be next seen in Dil Bechara, which marks the directorial debut of Mukesh Chhabra. Mourning on SSR's demise, his film costar Sanjana Sanghi shared a video, where she said, "In the middle of our 16 hour shoot days, you’d tell me that being and becoming Manny, made you happy. But you’d also fleetingly mention being anyone other than yourself made you happy. I was too ill equipped to understand the depth of what you meant. The fact that you get to spend the rest of your time by your mother’s side, I know you gives the only happiness you wanted in the world. John Green wrote this, in our beloved book, The Fault In Our Stars, from my character to yours, but here is me, Sanjana, saying this to you, Sushant : #RIPSushantSinghRajput."
