It was a black Sunday for the nation as Sushant Singh Rajput ended his life by hanging himself at his Bandra residence. The young actor had delivered a 150 crore hit with Chhichhore. Sushant Singh Rajput's last film, Drive released on Netflix and was panned by everyone. It seems his postmortem report has come. Abhishek Trimukhe, DCP Zone 9, Mumbai said in a statement, "Actor Sushant Singh Rajput has died apparently due to hanging but police can tell the exact cause of his death only after receiving post mortem report. So far, we have not found any suspicious object." His relatives, however, refuse to believe that he could have ended his life like this. They have demanded a thorough probe into the matter.

Sushant Singh Rajput's last six months were tough on him. It seems he was suffering from clinical depression. A servant has said that he was unwell since 10 days and did not like to talk to anyone. He had become extremely withdrawn. Around four people were present at his residence the night before for a get-together. It seems the police is taking statements from people. Some people are even hinting at financial troubles but it is not known so far.

The actor an engineering graduate from Delhi left his studies mid-way to pursue a career in showbiz. He started off as a background dancer and became the top star of the TV world. People were crazy about Manav his character from Pavitra Rishta. He won over the film audience as well with Kai Po Che! His family has arrived from Patna for the last rites that will happen today. He is survived by his father and four sisters. One of them lived in Mumbai and was seen at Cooper Hospital. BollywoodLife extends its condolences to the family.
