Director Anand Gandhi whose debut film Ship of Theseus, won the National Award for Best Picture, was spotted yesterday having an animated conversation with actor Sushant Singh Rajput at a five-star property in Goa. The two who were present for the ongoing International Film Festival of India spoke at length for over 3 hours prior to Sushant session at IFFI. Onlookers couldn't help but notice the engaging conversation the two were having, as they were always using the floor outside the lobby to draw and explain things, as well as the table which they sat a little later, busy in deep conversation. Sources also add that towards the end of the discussion, the filmmaker and actor were actually illustrating things on paper and their body language seemed to signal at a collaboration between the two.
Adds the source, " The discussion took place at a five-star hotel in Goa and both Anand and Sushant had a 3-hour long conversation. They were talking, writing and drawing out certain things on paper and even seemed to be enacting something. It left everyone present speculating if the two may work on a film together soon".
On the work front, Sushant Singh Rajput is currently shooting for Abhishek Kapoor's Kedarnath. The film marks the acting debut of Saif Ali Khan's daughter Sara Ali Khan in Bollywood. It will hit the screens on December 21, 2018 and will lock the horns with Shah Rukh Khan - Anushka Sharma - Katrina Kaif untitled dwarf film at the box office. The film is directed by Aanand L Rai, who previously helmed movies like Tanu Weds Manu series and Raanjhanaa.
