Today has been the saddest day in the month of June. Television and Film actor Sushant Singh Rajput committed suicide at his residence in Mumbai. The servant at his home found him hanging by the ceiling and contacted the police. The actor last spoke to his family and friends at 10:00 AM in the morning. His suicide has come as a huge shock to the nation. Fans are devastated and the loss for their family is unfathomable. He had had a tremendous journey from television to Bollywood and his infectious smile had charmed everyone alike. Sushant's Instagram had been a hot topic in the recent past. The actor shared everything he loved to talk about on his social handle, right from physics, space and his deepest desires and feelings.
That brings us to Sushant Singh Rajput's last Instagram post. The actor had taken to his Instagram handle and shared a collage of himself with his deceased mother. The post is from 3rd June about 11 days ago. "Blurred past evaporating from teardrops. Unending dreams carving an arc of smile. And a fleeting life, negotiating between the two..." Sushant had captioned the image. His captioned has got us wondering whether he hinted at his suicidal thoughts, whether we were too ignorant to notice signs, to read behind his smile. Sushant was very close to his mother and her passing had left him devastated.

During an interview with DNA after the success of MS Dhoni: The Untold Story, Sushant had opened up on her mother saying, "I wish she was alive to see me succeed in life. I am sure she would have been really happy and proud of me. And maybe I would have been a different person than what I am now. The way I looked at things then and now, they are very different and I cannot go back to doing that. It’s unfortunate. But everything that used to excite me, doesn’t excite me that much now. I don’t know why. No relationship, no success, absolutely nothing... If she was alive, probably it wouldn’t concern her, but just because something has changed inside me, everything has become so insipid. It takes a lot out of me to force myself to get overly excited about things and probably this is the reason why I like acting so much. Because it helps me get away from myself."
