Chris Hemsworth's superhero flick Thor: Ragnarok has managed to remain steady in its third weekend at the box office. The Marvel film raked in Rs 2.03 crore and now stands with the grand total of Rs 56.87 crore. Thor: Ragnarok, which clashed with Sidharth Malhotra's Ittefaq at the box office, has managed to completely outperform the later one. The huge fanbase of this franchise and the positive word-of-mouth has helped the film to remain rock-steady in its third weekend.

Apart from Chris Hemsworth, the Marvel flick also has huge star cast comprising of Tom Hiddleston, Cate Blanchett, Idris Elba, Jeff Goldblum, Tessa Thompson, Karl Urban, Mark Ruffalo, and Anthony Hopkins. The audience applauded the superb direction of Taika Waititi. Thor: Ragnarok has already become the most successful film in the Thor franchise in India. In the recent times, we have seen that the Hollywood’s superhero franchises are garnering huge fanbase in our country and Thor franchise is the perfect example of that.

The film received immense praise from the critics and moviegoers, especially for its direction, screenplay and acting performances.
