All of us know about Shah Rukh Khan's friendship with Salman Khan, Karan Johar, Aditya Chopra and others. But not much is know about his friendship with Manoj Bajpayee. Yes, both these powerhouse actors were close buddies at one time. This was when they were together in Barry John's theatre school in Delhi. While Shah Rukh Khan has always said that he was shy around girls, Manoj Bajpayee says he was a charmer who had a way with words. In an interview with an entertainment portal, Manoj Bajpayee said that Shah Rukh Khan was the only one who came to class in a car.
Manoj Bajpayee also made some interesting revelations to Bollywood Bubble. He said SRK took him to a disco for the first time in his life. He said, "He is the one who has taken me to a discotheque for the first time in Taj in Delhi. I mean we were very young, we had kind of just gotten out of our adolescent age and we met. He was part of Barry John’s group for some time." Barry John who runs a prominent theatre group in Delhi has given Bollywood some of its best actors. Shah Rukh Khan, Manoj Bajpayee, Shiney Ahuja and late Sushant Singh Rajput are some of the famous stars from there.
Manoj Bajpayee further told the portal, "We used to share cigarettes, beedis, whatever we could afford. He was always a charmer, always very popular with the girls in the group which we invaded. He always had his way with words." Now, we so want to see the two in a film. Manoj Bajpayee is having a glorious run in the OTT space. He won top honours for his work in Bhosale. The actor will be seen next in The Family Man 2.
