Actor Dharmendra had to be admitted to Mumbai’s Breach Candy Hospital again. If recent media reports are anything to go by, the veteran star had to be put on a ventilator. However, his team has told India Today that while the 89-year-old Bollywood star was hospitalised, he is recovering. Dharmendra’s team has also asked for privacy at this time. “He’s under observation, but there’s nothing to worry about," the actor's team was quoted as saying by India Today. Earlier last month too, he had to be hospitalised for a routine check-up, which left his fans shocked and worried.
When was Dharmendra hospitalised earlier?
On October 31, 2025, journalist Vickey Lalwani had reportedly taken to his social media handle and claimed that the veteran actor was admitted to the Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai. According to the video that was shared, the veteran actor was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
Why was Dharmendra hospitalised?
On November 1, 2025, an unnamed staff member at Breach Candy Hospital had reportedly put out an update on the actor’s health. The person had also stated that Dharmendra was stable and there was nothing to worry about. It was also mentioned that his heart rate, blood pressure, and urine output were stable.
