Laal Singh Chaddha is one of the most anticipated films of the year. Well, Aamir Khan and Advait Chandan sure hope to release the Hindi remake of Tom Hanks starrer Forrest Gump this year itself. And for the same, the actor and director duo are working every day to make it possible. But now it seems they have hit the roadblock. From the latest reports, we have heard that Aamir Khan was very disappointed when he learned that Vijay Sethupathi had gained weight. The Master actor was supposed to be in shape for the film but had failed to do so. And hence, it's being said that he quit.
Now, there are also reports floating around that Aamir Khan is quite miffed with the Tamil actor-producer. Aamir Khan who had bought the rights for the Hindi adaptation of Vikram Vedha has now, as per reports, shelved the idea too. Yes, you read that right. Well, that's sad. We hope things sort out if the reports are true.
Meanwhile, talking about Aamir Khan and Advait Chandan's overtime work, the Dhoom 3 actor wants to release the film for his fans. "Both Aamir Khan and the director of the film Advait Chandan are sitting every day on the edit for Laal Singh Chaddha to ensure the film is ready in time for a Christmas release. Aamir Khan has chosen to switch off his phone to avoid any distractions in the middle of his work and is in serious work mode," a source close to the development of the same said, quoted Bollywood Hungama.
Meanwhile, recently it was said that Aamir Khan has decided to go off his cell phone till the time, Laal Singh Chaddha releases. "Aamir feels that he is addicted by his cellphone and that's impacting his personal and professional space. Hence, he has decided to go incognito and operate like in the older days," said the source, quoted IANS. The source added that Aamir has asked "all his close confidantes to reach out to his manager in case of urgency or work-related queries," adding, "Even his social media accounts now will be managed by the team until the release of Laal Singh Chaddha."
