It was quite a buzzing week in TV. The two people who threw us a curveball were Vikas Gupta and Parth Samthaan. The two reconciled this week more than two years after their much-publicized fall-out. It happened at common friend, Palash Muchhal's birthday. On a disappointing note, Ssharad Malhotra announced that he has called it quits with girlfriend, Pooja Bisht. They were dating since two years and even planning to get married. The actor took the blame on himself. Here is a detailed look at main news....
Vikas Gupta - Parth Samthaan's patch up
After their sordid fallout in 2015 and the mud-slinging that occasionally followed thereafter, everyone felt that Vikas Gupta and Parth Samthaan would never patch up. The unexpected happened this week when the two met at the birthday bash of common friend, Palash Muchhal. A video of them dancing together on Zhingaat went viral and rumours of a patch-up did the rounds. Hours later, common friend Anshuman Malhotra put up a post stating how Vikas and Parth had been large-hearted enough to put behind all the bad blood and start afresh. An insider exclusively told BollywoodLife that it was Palash's mother Amita who placed peace-maker between the two. Later Vikas also tweeted that he had moved on and Parth endorsed it.
Ssharad Malhotra - Pooja Bisht's breakup
Another splitsville in TV town as Ssharad Malhotra and Pooja Bisht have called it quits. The couple were going steady since a couple of years and were even supposed to marry in 2018-19 but constant arguments made them call it off. It seems Ssharad's work schedules were taking a toll on the relationship. Parents tried to make them patch-up but they seem to be in no mood. Ssharad confirmed the breakup to Bombay Times saying, "There were personal issues from my end. I tried to make the relationship work, but our differences were irrevocable. Pooja is a nice girl and it was great till it lasted. I wish her all the best." This is the actor's second relationship that went kaput.
