The event was high on the glam factor with a number of TV divas and hotties in attendance
It’s time to ditch the sarees and lehengas. Yes! The fifth edition of the Telly Calendar is here to present the lovely bahus of the small screen in a never-seen-before ravishing avatar. With an apparel and jewellery brand on board, the gals are set for their makeover. The calendar will be shot in the virgin locations of Taiwan, a country that’s tourism potential is hitherto unexplored. The calendar will showcase Taiwan's stunning sea cliffs, marble-walled gorges, shimmering lakes and beaches like never before. A galaxy of TV celebs were present at the launch event, which includes Aditi Gupta, Ajaz Khan, Alok Narula, Angad Hasija, Anuj Sachdeva, Ashish Sharma, Pryanca Talukdar, Barkha Bisht Sengupta, Bharat Chawda, Gaurav Khanna, Jasvir Kaur, Jay Soni, Kanchi Singh, Mohammed Nazim, Navina Bole, Nia Sharma, Rubina Dilaik, Rahul Roy, Rajiv Laxman, Rajiv Thakur, Rizwan Bachav, Rohit Reddy, Sana Khan, Sara Khan, Tina Dutta, Sayantini Ghosh, Shailesh Gulabani, Ashita Gulabani, Vrushika Gupta, Shantanu Maheshwari, Srishti Rode, Sukirti Kandpal, Sumit Sachdev, Vikas Sethi, Vishal Singh and many more. The names of the 12 girls to be featured on the calendar will be revealed soon.
At the launch, TV diva Nia Sharma was her stylist self. She was wearing a short black dress with matching booties. Not one to do anything in half measures, she defined her eyes with grey and silver eye shadow. Check out the plunging neckline! We wish she had ditched the pink purse, though. We also loved Barkha Bisht Sengupta’s white lace dress and Sana Khan’s body-hugging wine red sheath dress.
Amongst the guys, Vishal Singh went experimental with a checked tunic shirt and distressed denims. Brownie points for not keeping it safe Mr Jigar Modi!
