Television actors are either falling sick a lot or getting injured on the sets. A lot of reports about various actors and their injuries have been doing the rounds lately. The recent ones to jump on the bandwagon are Siddharth Shukla and Ankita Sharma. Since Dil Se Dil Tak and Ek Shringaar Swabhimaan are doing a collaborative series of episodes, there was a scene where Siddharth and Ankita were asked to incorporate a fall. But they ended up falling for real and Sid suffered from an ankle injury. But Ankita suffered some burns on her hand and an elbow injury, that is quite painful.
Siddharth will be seen saving Ankita from a fire in the episode but the actress ended up with more than just burns. Speaking to India-Forums, she said," Yes, I got hurt on my elbow, it's painful. I will see the doctor soon. I think it's a hairline fracture." She even took to Instagram to post a video and few pictures of the burns. She captioned the post," A reel sequence that lead to some real injuries.. #FireSequenceGotMeLike" Siddharth also told the portal," Yes, I did get injured but it is nothing major. I hurt my ankle and it is swollen but we continued with the shoot." (ALSO READ: Ghulaam’s Vikkas Manaktala accidentally injures co-star, Sareeka Dhillon)

That is quite serious! We hope the two are okay now and they get well soon. In fact, just yesterday there was news about Sareeka Dhillon of Ghulaam getting injured while shooting for a scene and her injuries are really bad. The actress was rehearsing a scene where her co-star, Vikkas Manaktala, was supposed to throw a saw at her but due to some misjudgement, the saw's front end hit the actress near her nose. Though she has been advised to not shoot for a couple of days since she can't use makeup, she will be shooting since she doesn't want the shoot to suffer.
