As if his atrocities as sanskaari censor board chief were not enough that he had to turn a film critic...
Censor board chief Pahlaj Nihalani is at it again. No this time he hasn't scissored movie content unnecessarily or denied certification for any film this time. But the Censor Board chief took to twitter and promoted Tiger Shroff's upcoming superhero flick A Flying Jatt. In his tweet, he praised the movie being graced by Wahe Guru Ji and went on to compare it with 1975 devotional blockbuster Jai Santoshi Maa.

Now the problem with this comparison is that Jai Santoshi Maa, released alongside Sholay, was a devotional film and worked wonders at the box office at that time. But things have changed today and a movie like Jai Santoshi Maa won't even get a proper release let alone being a success. And if Pahlaj Nihalani is to be believed than Tiger Shroff should be one worried man as no one in today's time would be interested in watching a devotional preachy film. After the super success of his first two films, Heropanti(2014) and Baaghi (2016), Tiger Shroff is the next big thing and after Rs 50 crore approx business of his first film and Rs. 75 crore approx business of his second film will be hoping for no less than century for his Superhero turn.

Now we just hope Pahlaj Nihalani's tweet doesn't turn things upside down for this movie. His tweet may do more damage than good. We suggest he sticks to his job as a Censor Board chief...Do you agree with us?
