Adi, Ruhi, Shagun and Mani are worried about Ishita (Divyanka Tripathi). Santoshi sees Raman (Karan Patel) worried and assures him that Simmi will get Mihika downstairs soon. Mihika requests Simmi to get Raman to tie the South Indian thaali around her neck. Simmi agrees to it. Ishita's father and Bala are also worried about Ishita's absence. Madhu also joins them in crying. Bala joins Adi and Ruhi in searching for Ishita. Ruhi also decides to call Ashok for help. Param's conman shuts Ishita in a trunk despite her pleas to let her stop Raman's wedding. Meanwhile, Team Ishita is busy looking for her. The man locks Ishita in a trunk and gives the keys to Param. He also gets the band to start playing loudly so Ishita's voice gets lost in the music.
Adi reaches near the trunk looking for Ishita and she screams for help but he fails to hear her. Ashok scolds his domestic help for not waking him up when Ishita called. The clock is ticking and it's almost time for Raman and Mihika's wedding. Aaliya calls Ashok and he offers to help. Pihu starts crying since Ishita hasn't reached yet. Ruhi, Adi and Shagun also give each other updates about not finding Ishita. Just then, Simmi enters with the bride. Madhu gets really upset on seeing Mihika and they plead her to cancel the wedding. The Iyers are about to leave the wedding when Simmi adds fuel to the fire by asking them to complete the kanyaadaan and then leave. Raman's father offers to complete the ritual. Kiran tries to console Pihu but she doesn't stop crying. Everyone gives up on stopping the wedding. Aaliya blames herself for everything. Raman and Mihika exchange garlands. Raman gets flashbacks of his wedding with Ishita during the wedding rituals. They even take the pheras where Raman keeps getting flashbacks.
Simmi gtives the thaali to the pandit and Raman ties it around the bride's neck. Simmi and Param's happiness knows no bounds. The pandit announces that the wedding is complete. Everybody keeps showering the bride and groom with gifts. Simmi calls Pihu, Adi and everyone for the 'muhdikhai' ritual. Param goes to check on Ishita and decides to put an end to the money-lender, too. Shagun and the Iyer family feel dejected that they let Ishita down.
Param talks to Ishita from outside the trunk and tells her that the wedding is complete now. Simmi lifts the bride's veil and surprise, it's Ishita! Param also simultaneously opens the trunk to find a recorder with Ishita's voice calling for help. Everyone is shocked to see Ishita as the bride.
