The BARC report of Week 45 (Saturday, 4th November 2017 to Friday, 10th November 2017) is out. Giving a huge defeat to reality shows, the daily soaps once again claimed the top ranks. Star Bharat was the most-watched channel while Star Plus took a beating. Yeh Hai Mohabbatein's Budapest track worked wonders for the show. Kundali Bhagya, Kumkum Bhagya and Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai exhibited steady growth.

Top 10 channels (Urban + Rural)
In a first, STAR Bharat took the top spot in overall market this week with 687.23 million impressions! Zee Anmol and Zee TV stood close at second and third positions. Colors, Sony Pal, Star Plus, Sony Entertainment Television, Star Utsav, Rishtey and Sony Sab took the next seven positions in order. Star Plus hit a new low while Colors experienced tremendous growth in urban areas.
Top 10 shows (Urban + Rural)
Indian v/s New Zealand's 2 T20 match (DDI National) kept the nation hooked to their television screens last week. Kundali Bhagya (Zee TV) and Kumkum Bhagya (Zee TV) continued to reign the charts. Star Bharat's comedy show Kya Haal Mr Panchaal grabbed the fourth rank. Indian v/s New Zealand's 3 T20 match (DDI National) took the fifth spot. Zindagi Ki Mahek (Zee TV), Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah (Sony Pal), Piya Albela (Zee TV), Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah (Sony SAB) and Baalveer (Sony Pal) took the next five positions in order.
Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (Star Plus), Shakti - Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki (Colors), Yeh Hai Mohabbatein (Star Plus), Udaan (Colors) and Nimki Mukhiya (Star Bharat) managed to make it in the top 15.
Top 10 channels (Urban)
Colors ruled the urban markets thanks to the growing popularity of its shows like Bigg Boss 11, Shakti Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki and Udaan. Zee TV, STAR Plus, Sony Entertainment Television and STAR Bharat retained their positions in the top five. SONY SAB, Sony Pal, Zee Anmol, &TV and Rishtey took the subsequent positions in order.
Top 10 shows (Urban)
Kundali Bhagya continued to rule the cities with a whopping 6.8 million impressions. Kumkum Bhagya lost its second position to Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah (Sony SAB). Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (Star Plus) and Yeh Hai Mohhabatein (Star Plus) jumped to the fourth and fifth positions respectively. Shakti - Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki (Colors), Udaan (Colors), Mahakali Ant Hi Aarambh Hai (Colors), Zindagi Ki Mehak (Zee TV) and Kaun Banega Crorepati's Grand Finale (Sony TV) made it to the top ten.
Bigg Boss 11 stood steady at 12th position while Naamkarann and Ishqbaaz fetched the 14 and 15th ranks. Super Dancer Chapter 2 (16th rank) gave a tough fight to Zee TV's Dance India Dance (18th rank). Colors' new show Laado: Veerpur Ki Mardani made its debut on the BARC charts on the 17th position.
Top 10 channels (Rural)
Zee Anmol, Sony Pal, STAR Bharat, STAR Utsav, Rishtey, Zee TV, Dangal TV, Colors, Big Magic and STAR Plus claimed the top ten ranks in the rural market.

Indian v/s New Zealand's 2 T20 match (DDI National), Baalveer (Sony Pal), Indian v/s New Zealand's 3 T20 match (DDI National), Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah (Sony Pal) and Ganga (Zee Anmol) took the top five positions. Star Bharat's Kya Haal Mr Panchaal, Jamai Raja (Zee Anmol), Kaala Teeka (Zee Anmol), Kundali Bhagya (Zee TV) and CID (Sony Pal) took the subsequent spots in order. Kumkum Bhagya failed to make it to the top ten and took the 12th rank.
