Porsche claims Paul Walker's death was not due to car's fault!

The car company rubbished the law suit which claimed that the dreadful accident happened due to faulty suspension system in the car

Fast and Furious 7 is here and the world is going gaga over it. While the world remembers the late Paul Walker, who died in a tragic accident in November 2013, a fresh statement from Porsche has stirred a controversy around his death yet again.

After attending a charity event, Paul Walker's Porshce met with an deadly mishap which killed him and the driver Roger Rodas immediately. Back in May 2014, Rodas' widow filed a law suit against the car company, claiming that the accident occurred due to faulty supsension systems in the car. Now, Porsche rubbishing the claims, states that Paul Walker's demise was not due to car's fault and blamed it on the driver for handling the car in a careless manner.

Porsche claimed, “Roger Rodas’ death, and all other injuries or damages claimed, were the result of Roger Rodas’ own comparative fault.” Porsche alleged that, " Roger Rodas knowingly and voluntarily assumed all risk, perils and danger in respect to the operation or use of the subject 2005 Carrera GT.”

While the world mourns the death of Paul Walker, the blame game for the dreadful accident still continues.
