Despite this when we talk about kissing, only one name comes to mind and it’s none other than Bollywood actor Emraan Hashmi. The actor who is known for kissing and intimate scenes.
However, this particular film has surpassed even Emraan’s kissing record on screens. The film had more than 30 kissing scenes and was amongst the worst films produced in India.
The particular film we are talking about is none other than 3G – A Killer Connection, which was released on 15 March 2013. The horror thriller film is directed by Sheershak Anand and Shantanu Ray Chhibber, and produced under Eros International and Next Gen Films.
The film features Neil Nitin Mukesh and Sonal Chauhan in lead roles. With a lot of kissing scenes, the film was a huge disaster at the box office. However, the film became a hot topic for its 30 kissing scenes.
The plot centers around Sam who loses his phone while going on a holiday in Fiji to meet his girlfriend Sheena. However, things take a turn for the worst when Sam buys a 3G connection phone and starts receiving calls from unknown numbers.
The film received negative reviews from the critics and the audience. The film became the worst performer of 2013. 3G – A Killer Connection has an IMDb rating of 3.6. The film grossed a total of Rs 5.82 crore.
Sonal Chauhan was so traumatised by the terrible run of the film that she silently faded away from Bollywood and started working in other languages. However, she made her comeback in Bollywood three years after the 3G release in JP Dutta’s Paltan.
