Abhishek Bachchan and Yami Gautam's upcoming movie Dasvi skip theatrical release and opts for direct OTT release, The film is expected to steam next month (April 7) on Netflix and Jio Cinema. The film is helmed by Tushar Jalota and bankrolled by Jio Studios and Dinesh Vijan's Maddock Films.
Directed by Karthick Naren, Dhanush and Malavika Mohanan's Maaran is a political action thriller film. The movie was released directly on Disney+ Hotstar on March 11. Earlier, the film was supposed to release in theatres, but due to COVID-19, the production house, opted for an OTT release. The film is produced by Sathya Jyothi Films, Maaran is a political action thriller directed by Karthick Naren.
Dulquer Salmaan's upcoming film Salute will be skipping its theatrical release and would be aiming for an OTT release. Earlier, the makers had announced that the film will be released in theatres on January 14, but due to increasing cases of COVID-19, the decision was changed. Salute film is heled by Rosshan Andrrews and will also feature Diana Penty.
