We are talking about Aamir Khan and Karisma Kapoor's superhit film Raja Hindustani. There was an intimate scene between the two in this film, which was not easy to shoot. According to reports, Aamir and Karishma had to give 47 retakes for this scene.
According to reports, the film was being shot in a hilly area. The weather there was extremely cold. It was very difficult for the actors to perform in front of the camera in the severe cold. The shoot kept getting stopped again and again due to the stars shivering from the cold and due to this it took 3 days to complete the scene.
Another interesting fact is that before doing this film, Aamir Khan had rejected the offer. But later director Dharmesh Darshan convinced him. At the same time, Karishma Kapoor's mother Babita Kapoor was also present on the set during the shooting.
This film was made on a budget of Rs 6 crore. But it was such a big hit that it earned Rs 78 crore at the box office. That is, the film earned 10 times more money than its cost. The biggest strength of the film was the on-screen chemistry of Aamir and Karisma.
The story of Raja Hindustani was based on the love blossoming between a taxi driver, Raja, and Aarti, a girl from a rich family. Aamir Khan got the Best Actor award for this film, while Karisma Kapoor got the Best Actress award.
