The actress we are talking about is none other than Rakhi Sawant who is popularly known as the ‘Queen of Controversy.’ Rakhi has faced poverty, rejection, hunger, heartbreaks and struggles from the start but still managed to grab limelight through her talent and work.
Rakhi was born in a strict and financially poor family in Mumbai. Due to lack of source of income, Rakhi started working at the age of 10 to support herself. However, Rakhi’s family was very conservative and she was not allowed to express herself freely in the house.
One of Rakhi’s earliest jobs was to work as a waitress at Tina and Anil Ambani’s wedding. For work like that, she was able to earn only Rs 50 a day. Once Rakhi revealed that during her struggling days she ate leftovers from dustbins for survival.
Talking about her family, Rakhi revealed that she was notto dance or express herself in the house. But when she insisted on doing so in a Dandiya event, her mother copped off her long hair. However, Rakhi was determined to build a better future.
Rakhi has a never-give up attitude. She made her Bollywood debut in 1997 with the film Agnichakra and from then, there was no turning back for Rakhi. She was popularly known for her bold scenes and item songs.

Reportedly, Mika warned everyone not to put cake on his face, despite this Rakhi did that and to take revenge from her, he kissed her publicly.
