Now, this is extremely shocking news for all the actors who have been reportedly booked for endorsing a pan masala brand.

As per reports Shah Rukh Khan, Ajay Devgn, Amitabh Bachchan and Ranveer Singh have been reportedly booked for promoting things like gutkha and a masala. A case has been registered in a Bihar court against all these four biggest in connection with promoting pan masala and gutkha, The case has been reportedly filed by a Muzaffarpur based social activist Tamanna Hashmi.

Amitabh Bachchan had terminated his contract with the tobacco brand

Reportedly a case against Big B, SRK, Ajay Devgn and Ranveer Singh uber sections 467, 468, 439 and 120B has been filed. The charge sheet also adds, misusing their popularity for promoting gutkha only in greed of money. The case has been accepted by the court and will be reportedly heard on May 27. While the last year in October, Amitabh terminate this contract with a chewing Tabacco brand, His office had released a statement stating that Big B wasn't aware of a few details. The statement read, When Mr Bachchan became associated with the brand, he wasn’t aware it falls under surrogate advertising. Now, he has terminated the contract with the brand, has written to them about his termination, and has returned the money received for the promotion.
