Topping the list is South cinema’s most charming star, Prabhas. According to Ormax Media, Prabhas has secured the number one spot on the list of the most popular male stars. Prabhas has achieved the title by beating some significant names in the industry.
Uppalapati Venkata Suryanarayana Prabhas Raju, also known as Prabhas is a pan-India actor who has appeared in some of the biggest movies of the country. Known for his huge fan-following and his calm and collected nature, Prabhas has made a big name for himself in the Indian cinema.
He made his debut with the film Eeswar, which was released in 2002. Movies like Varsham, Chatrapathi, and Mirchi made him gain popularity. However, his true stardom came with SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali: The Beginning (2015), which made him a global star.
The actor has a lot of ongoing and upcoming projects on his plate right now. This includes, romantic horror-comedy The Raja Saab, action sequel Salaar: Part 2 - Shouryanga Parvam, and action films Spirit and Fauzi.
