A source close to Filmibeat was quoted as saying, The names of Vivian Dsena, Priyanka Chahar Choudhary, Isha Malviya have been discussed in the initial rounds of meeting. The casting process has not officially started but the channel seems to be keen to have Vivian on board for the new season of Naagin. Vivian enjoyed significant popularity during his stint in Bigg Boss 18. He has worked on hit shows like Madhubala, Shakti, Khatron Ke Khiladi, Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa and Sirf Tum. Priyanka Choudhary is another channel face who has worked on two popular shows for Colors TV. If things go as planned, we might see the combination of Vivian and Priyanka in Naagin 7. However, nothing is confirmed as of now.
Reports also suggest that the show could go on floors post IPL 2025. The show will begin to air the second half of the year as the makers are in no rush to launch the new season. Reason? They want the best product to get delivered to their viewers. For the unversed, Tejasswi Prakash and Simba Nagpal had played lead roles in Naagin 6.
As reports suggest, the teaser of Naagin 7 will be aired on February 26 which is also when Maha Shivratri will be celebrated the world over.
