After Sasikala, Ram Gopal Varma announces a biopic on Telangana Chief Minister KCR – deets inside

Ram Gopal Varma said that the biopic on KCR will depict the life of the politician during the Telangana movement for a separate state.

Filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma seems to be on a biopic spree. After Lakshmi’s NTR, Varma announced a biopic on Sasikala who is a very close associate of former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu Jayalalithaa. Ramu made the announcement recently which triggered a series of discussion amongst Tamil people. While the Tamil industry was busy preparing for biopics on Jayalalithaa, Varma decided to take a parallel route and announced the biopic on Sasikala. When people were trying to sink in this piece of news, Varma surprised everyone with another biopic. Ram Gopal Varma has announced a biopic on Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh K Chandrashekhar Rao who lead the movement for a separate state for Telangana. Varma too to his Twitter and released the title poster of the film which is named Tiger KCR. "It is a biopic of @KTRTRS 's father from the time he couldn’t bear the 3rd class treatment being given to Telangana people by the Andhras, and how he fought in a fiery way to achieve Telangana state[sic]" wrote Varma in his tweet along with the poster. According to reports, the biopic will portray the phase of KCR's life when he was leading the Telangana movement for a separate state. As always, Ramu has his own ways of making news! RGV has captioned the film 'Everyone laughed at him when he said he will form separate Telangana statement' (roughly translated from Telugu). It will be interesting to see what Varma will portray and how we will depict other political leaders in this biopic.
