After giving us a highly stylised thriller and a quirky crime drama, the talented filmmaker is set to foray into the territory of romance
The success of Pizza and Jigarthanda has thrown director Karthik Subbaraj into the spotlight and expectations are high. There is plenty of media speculation on what he will now make his third film on and talk is that Bobby Simha will once again star in this film. As of now the only confirmed news is that it will be produced by C V Kumar of Thirukumaran Entertainment who made Pizza.
Says Karthik, “I am still writing the script, it’s not completed yet! But the script will be completely different from the other two movies that I have made.” Probe him a little further on the cast of the film and Karthik says, “I will decide on the cast only once the script is complete.”
The big news is that this movie will be a romance! This is quite a departure from the horror and thriller genres and it will definitely be exciting to see what new twist Karthik Subbaraj comes up with.
