Malavika Mohanan is one of the new actresses of the South Indian industry who is making a lot of news. After working with Rajinikanth in Petta, she will be seen with Thalapathy Vijay in Master. The film's release has been delayed and she is eagerly waiting for the same. Malavika Mohanan has also signed a Bollywood film in between. It is an out and out action entertainer. In an interview to Indian Express, she spoke about the experience of working with Tamil superstar, Thalapathy Vijay. She said, "It was amazing working with Rajini sir. He is a lot into spirituality, meditation and yoga. We used to talk about that. With Vijay sir, he has become a friend now. With him, I share a fun, buddy space."
She also had some nice words for the immensely talented Vijay Sethupathi. She said, "This is, technically, my second film with him. I did not have any scenes with him in Petta. He is a fantastic actor. He is such a nice human being and so much fun to hang out with." The actress has assured fans that it will be a treat to see the two Vijay's together. Malavika Mohanan was also seen in the film, Petta.
She also spoke up on whether Master would see a release on an OTT platform. She told Indian Express, "I don’t know. I don’t think I am in a place to say anything because it is the producer’s call. Right now, we all are waiting for the pandemic to ease out a bit before deciding on the movie’s release." As fans know, some Bollywood films like Gulabo Sitabo and Shakuntala Devi are going to release on an OTT platform. Malavika Mohanan is the daughter of renowned cinematographer, KU Mohanan. She is also a huge fan of Ranbir Kapoor and Shah Rukh Khan.
