It's Thalapathy Vijay's birthday today and the makers of his next film, Master released a new poster celebrating his special day. The new poster is all about the celebration and can see the actor in his trademark style, with shades on and in the act of pulling the collar up, the actor looks dashing as ever. The new poster has a yellowish tint to it and we can also see a dance still in it. Sreedhar Pillai took to his social handle and tweeted out the new poster saying, "Here is the brand new poster of #Master, special for #THALAPATHYBday #HBDTHALAPATHYVijay," Have a dekko at the poster here:
Amazing right? We think so too. Talking about Master, the actor had been scheduled to release on April 9 this year but was postponed due to the lockdown that was brought into effect as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. As per reports, Vijay would be seen playing a dual role in Master as well. This happens to be the third movie after Mersal and Bigil in which the actor would be seen in a dual role.
Meanwhile, reports state that once the cinema halls reopen, Vijay's Master would be the first film to run in the theatres. A theatre owner and exhibitor told PinkVilla, "Although we are very upset about producers bypassing the entire theatrical process, there are many producers and banners who have decided to stand by us in such times of crisis. We value them and yes, we are planning and looking at opening theatres sometime soon. The Government guidelines will be strictly followed and we are also trying to come up with different ways of combating the whole medical situation striking the world currently. We are in touch with the government and as soon as they give us a green signal, we will be good to go."
