Arbaaz Khan who made quite an impression as a talk show host with Pinch, has entered Malayalam cinema with Big Brother. The film has superstar Mohanlal in the lead role. Today, the Puli Murugan star welcomed Arbaaz Khan on board with a picture. Two days before, Arbaaz Khan took to social media to share the exciting news with his fans. He wrote, "Super excited about working with the Legend Mohanlal sir and ace director Siddique sir. It’s my debut in the Malayalam film industry with a film called “Big Brother”. So looking forward to the shoot in July." The film's director Siddique can also be seen in the picture. Mohanlal's last film Lucifer was a huge blockbuster.

It seems Arbaaz Khan is playing the role of an enforcement officer named IPS Vedantham in the film. Siddique told The Times Of India, "I have known Arbaaz since I had worked with his brother in Bollywood. We have kept in touch since and when I discussed the idea of the character with him, he was happy to come on board as it will give him a chance to work in the South film industry and share screen space with Mohanlal." Siddique is the director of the Salman Khan hit, Bodyguard.
Anoop Menon, Vishnu Unnikrishnan, Sarjano Khalid and Tini Tom are playing important roles in the film. It seems Tamil actress Regina Cassandra is the front-runner to play Mohanlal's leading lady. Stay tuned to BL for more scoops and updates!
