After playing a robot in Enthiran and British collector in Lingaa, rumour has it that Rajinikanth might revisit his Basha days for the next film. It is being said that superstar Rajini may be donning the role of a gangster in Pa Ranjith's untitled flick.
Actor Kalaiarasan has reportedly bagged an important role in superstar Rajinikanth’s next yet-untitled Tamil film, which will be directed by Pa Ranjith of Madras fame.
“Ranjith has given Kalaiarasan a very strong role to essay, though it’s not clearly known yet what character he’ll play,” a source from the film’s unit told IANS. The film is expected to go on floors in August in Malaysia.
Rajinikanth is said to be playing an ageing gangster in the movie, which will be produced by Kalaipuli S. Thanu. “Attakathi” Dinesh is also part of the cast, while the rest of the members, including the female lead, will be finalised soon.
