Ram Gopal Varma takes a sly jibe at Rana Daggubati over the new poster from NTR Mahanayakudu – view tweet

Rana Daggubati posted a photo from NTR Mahanayakudu today on his social networking page and the excitement around the film has gone to a new level altogether. Fans feel that Rana’s look as N Chandrababu Naidu in the poster is as perfect as it could get. But there’s someone who thinks differently. Filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma tweeted the same photo and said that he feels Rana looks better than the original, meaning N Chandrababu Naidu. This jibe by Varma comes at a time when he too is making a biopic on NTR which shows his life from a different angle. The trailer of Lakshmi’s NTR, Varma’s biopic, was released few days back and it seems to be showing how NTR was betrayed by some people, hinting at a few prominent names including N Chandrababu Naidu. And now, him tweeting about Rana’s look as Naidu raises the possibilities of it ruffling a few feathers. Vintage RGV, eh?
