Rana Daggubati releases the teaser of Suriya-starrer Bandobast

Adding to excitement around the film, the teaser of the film is out now which was revealed by Baahubali star Rana Daggubati. The teaser not very different from what the Tamil one had except the language.

Suriya will next be seen in KV Anand directorial Kaappaan which is touted to be an action thriller. The film also stars Malayalam star Mohanlal in a key role. The film will be dubbed into Telugu and has been titled Bandobast which was unveiled by SS Rajamouli. And adding to excitement around the film, the teaser of the film is out now which was revealed by Baahubali star Rana Daggubati. The teaser not very different from what the Tamil one had except the language. The action seems to be the mainstay of this film, a genre which Suriya has stayed away from for a while now. Director KV Anand and Suriya have worked in the past on Ayan and Maattrraan, both of which were hit films. Kaappaan will be the third project together for this actor-director duo. Suriya is seen sporting multiple avatars in this film which includes a spirited soldier. Sayyeshaa looks pretty in her role and seems to be playing an interesting role. The music of this film is composed by Harris Jayaraj who has worked with Suriya on many projects in the past. The visuals of the film are cranked by Abhinandan Ramanujam and look top notch. Speaking about director KV Anand, the cinematographer-turned-director last directed Kavan which starred Vijay Sethupathi and Madonna Sebastian in lead roles. Suriya was last seen in NGK which was directed by Selvaraghavan. The film is a political drama and also starred Rakul Preet and Sai Pallavi in other lead roles. The film received mixed response from audience and turned out to be an average affair at the box office.
