Sachin said Telugu filmdom will always be his teacher
Actor Sachiin Joshi, who started his acting career with 2002 Telugu film Mounamelanoyi and went on to act in other films such as Ninu Chudaka Nenundalenu and Orey Pandu, says the industry will always remain his teacher as he learnt everything about cinema here. "I can never forget the Telugu industry. My film career started in this filmdom and it has taught me everything about cinema. It will always be my teacher and I'll always be happy to come back and do films here," Sachiin told IANS. Eight years after his last Telugu film, Sachiin has returned to the industry with forthcoming Telugu romantic drama Nee Jathaga Nenundali, remake of Aashiqui 2. "You can't try and change a film like Aashiqui 2, but you can certainly make it better. That's what we've done with the Telugu remake. We've added a lot of regional sensibilities to appeal to the audiences here. There's also a lot of local flavour and sentiment," he said.
Directed by Jaya Ravindran, the film also stars Nazia Hussain, Rao Ramesh, Sashank and Posani Krishna Murali in important roles.
