Yash-starrer KGF enters the digital world after huge demand from fans across the globe

The film has now been let out by the makers into a digital platform and the popular OTT platform has started streaming the film.

Kannada actor Yash is now a nation-wide star after the release of his latest film KGF. Directed by Prashanth Neel, KGF has Yash playing a menacing gangster who rules the mining world in the gold fields of Kollar. The film went on to become one of the biggest hits of 2018 and had a spectacular run at the box office. KGF released in five languages - Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi, and has had a golden run in all of them. The film has now been let out by the makers into a digital platform and the popular OTT platform has started streaming the film. This action by the popular streaming site comes after a huge demand by fans and movie-buffs across the world who were eager to watch the intense film numerous times. KGF is now out there in the digital world and if you haven’t watched it on the big screen, you can now catch up on the marvellous story of a gangster who rises through the ranks to become a menacing man. KGF had released along with ZERO which starred Shah Rukh Khan. But the film managed to beat the big-ticket release and shined at the box office. Actor Yash was quite confident about the film and had said that he believes that films run purely because of the content. "I strongly believe that there is enough space for two films to survive, not one film can acquire the whole country. Yes, Zero is a big anticipated film but we are releasing the film in five languages. So we had to have a date that is suitable for all the languages. We had to think about all the distributors. December 21 seems to be the date suitable for all, so we decided to release on that day. I know we will have a big competition in Hindi, but I think it is okay.
