Kangana Ranaut, it's safe to say, is a bonafide fashionista. And also the poster girl for everything unconventional in Bollywood. Be it her acting, or her journey of becoming the 'Queen', they all bear testimony to the same. Apart from that, it is really her fashion sense that gives her the extra mileage. Like that wasn't enough, she wears every piece of clothing with confidence and panache in a way that is exclusive to her. In fact, the actress who was last seen in Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi, often turns the airport into a fashion runway with her sartorial choices and we can't seem to have enough of it.
Case in point, her recent style file as she jets off for the 72nd Festival De Cannes. That's right, Kangana Ranaut will wall the French Riviera red carpet on May 16 and we can't wait for to arrive and steal the thunder. In fact, if her airport look is any indication, she is going to kill it. Dressed in white and denim combo from Gucci, Off White bag and YSL shoes. Check out her pictures here.

As she gears up to walk the red carpet of the prestigious event, the actress is planning to once again don a traditional look. Kangana has been planning something special with her stylist Ami Patel for her appearance at the French Riviera. The actress will be representing India, with an ensemble weaved from fabrics created in India. Kangana is planning a statement appearance in a Falguni and Shane Peacock saree. "The clothes I wear will have drama. At the same time, as an Indian actor on a global platform, I have the responsibility of endorsing our weavers and wearing outfits that reflect our rich cultural heritage. My stylist Ami Patel and I have been brainstorming for a few weeks. We, along with Falguni and Shane Peacock, are designing a unique saree. The idea is to revive the forgotten weaves and bring them to the fore so that the world is more aware of our rich fabrics and culture," said Kangana. The actress revealed that her clothes will reflect the theme 'Live Victoriously'.
Kangana has been working on Panga, while she prepared for her international appearance. "I was so busy with Panga. I had to gain almost 10 kilos; Ashwini (Panga’s director) wanted me to have thunder thighs. During trials, I realised I have to lose some weight," said Kangana, who gave her team only a week's time for the preparations. On the work front, Kangana will soon be seen in Mental Hai Kya, alongside Rajkummar Rao. The film is scheduled to hit the screens on July 26.
