The Delhi High Court has flagged possible bias in Aryan Khan's satirical series during the hearing of Sameer Wankhede's plea.
The Court permitted Wankhede to revise the plaint even though it dismissed the present one. The Court ordered that the Registry list the issue when the updated application is submitted; no new hearing date was assigned.
