The shoot of the show has started in Romania and Rohit Shetty is all set to be back on the TV screens with a new gang of khiladis. This year, Krishna Shroff, Gashmeer Mahajani, Shalin Bhanot, Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia, Abhishek Kumar, Shilpa Shinde, Asim Riaz, Aashish Mehrotra, Karan Veer Mehra, Niyati Fatnani, Aditi Sharma, and Sumona Chakravarti are seen as the contestants. Shalin has been in the news ever since the shoot began. He is reportedly turning out to be one of the strongest players. He has also been called the finalist by Rohit Shetty.

Well, while he is shinning out there, he has bagged another big reality show. Indian Idol has been one of the pioneer singing shows on Indian Television and has a legacy of its own. And now buzz is that Shalin Bhanot who is currently seen as one of the top contenders in Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 may already be jumping more bridges. He has been approached to host Indian Idol 15.
Our source informs us, "Last season was anchored by Hussain but the makers are looking for a fresh face this year. Shalin has been a top choice as while he may not have hosted reality shows before he is spontaneous and lively which was a top requirement for the makers."
Shalin currently is in Romania shooting for Khatron Ke Khiladi and on the other end auditions for Indian Idol have recently started. The show is said to go on floors sometime in September. We tried reaching out to Shalin but he didn’t revert. Looks like post Bigg Boss for Shalin it’s only been an upward journey.
It will be interesting to see if he is the new host after Hussain Kuwajerwala for Indian Idol.
