CID 2, Parth Samthaan
CID has been a special show for all '90s kids. It has been running since 1998 and has a crazy fan following. Shivaji Satam, Dayanand Shetty, Aditya Srivastava, Narendra Gupta, and others won hearts with their performances. Each character has been special for everyone. When the show went off-air in 2018, it broke many hearts. People wanted the show to be back. They requested the makers to bring back ACP Pradyuman, Daya, Abhijeet, Dr. Salunke and others.
Hence, the love of the fans made the makers bring back the magic. CID returned with season 2 in 2024. This was the best news for all CID fans. All our favourite characters returned. However, a few episodes back, we saw Shivaji Satam aka ACP Pradyuman's death scene. Everyone was shocked and hurt that the makers removed the main character from the show.
After his exit, Parth Samthaan entered the show as ACP Ayushmaan. His entry got mixed response earlier. People were not happy that he is replacing ACP Pradyuman in the CID team. However, that was not the truth. ACP Pradyuman returned back and it was Ayushmaan who helped him. Parth's fans were happy to see him in the iconic show.
But, he also revealed that he was there in the team for a short time and would leave soon. Now, he has shot for his last episode and the team had organised a farewell party for him on the sets of CID 2. Shivaji Satam, Hrishikesh Pandey, Aditya Srivastava and others were present for his cake cutting ceremony. This is a big story in entertainment news and TV news.
They got a customised CID themed cake for Parth on his last day on the sets. Many videos and photos have gone viral on the internet. Fans are showering love on the actor and do not want him to leave. Now, we also saw Janvi Chheda aka Inspector Shreya returning to the show. Her story has completely changed and we cannot wait to know what's in store for her next.
