CID began in 1998 and has been the most loved TV serial. It has a huge fan following ever since it began. Shivaji Satam, Dayanand Shetty, Aditya Srivastava, Hrishikesh Pandey, Shraddha Musale, Janvi Chheda, Narendra Gupta, and others have been a part of this iconic show. They gave us all some iconic characters. When the show went off-air in 2018, everyone was disappointed. Nobody wanted the show to go off-air, and hence, they requested the makers to bring back the serial.
CID 2 begin in 2024. Our favourite characters have returned, and the show is back with amazing twists. We saw Shivaji Satam aka ACP Pradyuman dying in the show. This came as a big heartbreak. After his exit, Parth Samthaan entered the show as ACP Ayushmaan. He got mixed reviews at first, but later, people started loving him. Now, ACP Pradyuman has returned. We saw the twists and turns around the Barboza story.
Ayushmaan has been close to ACP Pradyuman and had just joined the team to find out who was the 'gaddar'. Now, that all the mysteries have been solved, he has left the team. With this, his story in the show also ended. Yes, Parth Samthaan has left the show.
He got a beautiful farewell on the sets by his costars and other team members. He posted a video yesterday from his farewell and also shared a few BTS videos. Now, he has shared another post for his favourite, Daya sir and Abhijeet sir. He shared pictures with them and other costars to thank them for their support. This is a big story in entertainment news and TV news.

In the recent episodes, it was revealed that Dr. Salunkhe is the 'gaddar' who was working for Barboza. We also saw Inspector Shreya returning. Now, we will see Dr Tarika coming back too.
