Ekta Kapoor is coming up with a new television show that will air on Zee TV. However, unlike her other shows which were mostly saas-bahu sitcoms of supernatural shows, this one will belong to the superhero and sci-fi space. And while the teaser of the upcoming show had already raised a lot of curiosity, the first look stills of the lead cast of the show - Mariam Khan – Reporting Live actor Param Singh who will play the lead, Ridhima Pandit and Ankit Mohan are winning hearts. Actor Param Singh’s character in Haiwaan is named Randhir. He is a man with a dream and an heir of a multibillion conglomerate.
Haiwaan is a forthcoming television superhero drama series that is created and produced by Ekta Kapoor under the banner Balaji Telefilms. It goes on the air in August 2019.
Param Singh made his acting debut with Sadda Haq in 2013 where he played the role of Randhir Singh Shekhawat, opposite Harshita Gaur. The handsome hero was ranked ‘The Highest Placed Newcomer’ in Eastern Eye’s 50 Sexiest Asian Men’s List in 2016.
Randhir, essayed by Param Singh in Haiwaan, is an orphan who depends very heavily on this best friend, Inder and his bodyguard, Dharam. Scroll to find out who plays Inder!
Ankita Mohan has been roped in to play the role of Inder, best friend of Randhir (Param Singh).
Ankit Mohan performed the role of Prachandman on Shobha Somnath Ki and was sen as Aakash Ajay Mehra on the popular Zee TV show Kumkum Bhagya until 2016. He later played SP Avinash Shrivastav in And TV serial Begusarai.
In 2018 Ankit Mohan was seen in the superhit Marathi movie Farzand in which he played the title character of the legendary Maratha warrior Kondaji Farzand. Catch a glimpse of her performance here.
Going by this look, there is no doubt that Ankit Mohan essays a baddie. It so happens that Inder and Randhir decide to save their hometown Shimodra from evil, but things take a turn for worse.
Doesn’t this look remind you of Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine? Ankit Mohan, who played Shahid Kapoor’s best friend in Shahid Kapoor-Sonam Kapoor Ahuja’s 2011 film Mausam, sure promises a power-packed performance.
As confirmed earlier, Ridhima Pandit of Bahu Hamari Rajni Kant fame shall headline Zee TV show Haiwaan as the female lead.
Ridhima Pandit shall be seen essaying an IPS Officer Amrita, the daughter of Randhir’s bodyguard Dharam.
Going by this picture, we are sure Ridhima Pandit shall look a million bucks. Ain’t she stunning in a red suit as shown in the photo here?
